  • CFO for Bliss-Tel Public Company Limited, part of the Company management team to bring the Company into the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") in 2005;
  • Introduce CD issuance in Thailand, in 2011, for Thai listed companies, fully subscribed by Advance Opportunities Fund, during 2011-2014;
  • Executive Director of ACAP Advisory Public Company Limited in 2015 and Director and CEO of Venture Incorporation Public Company Limited in 2016-2017;

  • Partner at Kenmoore Asset Management Limited from 2007 to 2017, managing PE investments into pre-ipo aspirants for the Singapore and Hong Kong Stock Market, lead consultant for debt financing and as executive director and/or independent director in various companies listed in Singapore Exchange and Hong Kong Exchange
  • Director M&A for Asian Sea Corporation PCL, listed on the Thai Stock Exchange, from 2018 to 2019, left after two year contract to join S1win.
